To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
3. Returns by courier:
Pack the item securely along with the original invoice and the RA number.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
